"Delivery took way longer than expected"
I ordered from miccostumes because I needed something for an event, and maybe I should’ve ordered earlier, I don’t know, but the delivery was really not dependable. The tracking just kind of sat there for days with barely any updates, so I had no idea what was going on.

It did eventually show up, but by then the event had already passed, which was super frustrating. I did contact customer service and they replied, but it was mostly just vague stuff and didn’t really help me figure out when it would arrive.
The costume itself was fine once I finally got it, nothing terrible, but after dealing with the shipping delay, I don’t think I’d order from them again if I needed something by a specific date.

"Took forever to show up"
I ordered this costume thinking it would get here in plenty of time, but the shipping took way too long. The tracking barely moved for days, which was super frustrating because I kept checking and getting nowhere. It finally arrived later than I expected, and while the costume itself was fine, the whole waiting around part was stressful and annoying. I’d only order again if I had a ton of extra time to spare.

"Pretty solid fit, just a tiny sleeve issue"
Tried it on and honestly... the fit was good overall. The sizing felt mostly right, not too loose, not too snug. Sleeves were a little tight at first. Noticeable, but not annoying. I still wore it most of the day and felt comfortable enough, so it worked out.

"Decent for a quick costume, but not amazing"
It looked really cute in photos, if you just need it for one party or a quick event, it does the job. The fabric was a little thinner than I expected, so I wouldn’t say it feels super high quality, but the stitching seemed fine and nothing was falling apart. For the price, it’s okay, I just probably wouldn’t pick it if I needed something to wear more than once or twice.

My first impression was that it seemed reasonable for what I paid. The cost is definitely fair, but once I used it a bit more, the quality felt a little hit or miss. It’s not a bad value overall, I just wouldn’t go in expecting anything too impressive

"Really accurate costume, just wish the instructions were clearer"
I got my cosplay last week and was impressed with how closely it matched the character. The colors looked right, and a lot of the small details were there too, which made it feel really accurate overall. My only thing is I was expecting clearer instructions for putting some parts together, since I had to figure a bit out on my own. Still, I’m happy with it

"Wanted to love it, but the fabric disappointed me"
I usually have a soft spot for this brand, so I was really hoping this would be another easy win. It looked decent when I first took it out, but once I felt the fabric, I was let down. It was thin, kind of scratchy, and just felt cheaper than what I’ve come to expect from them. I’m torn because I’ve liked a lot of their stuff before, but this one didn’t feel worth it

"Really nice help from customer service"
I had a small issue with my order and emailed Miccostumes, not expecting to hear back very fast. As someone who gets a bit stressed when online orders go wrong, I really appreciated that they replied quickly and actually looked into everything for me.

The person I talked to was polite, friendly, and didn’t sound like they were just sending a copy-paste response. They fixed the problem, kept me updated, and made the whole thing feel easy. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely order again...

"Missing accessories after waiting forever"
I waited in the queue for what felt like forever just to get this costume, and then it showed up missing the belt and gloves. Frustrating, because those pieces are kind of important to the whole look.

I so far have not had good service. the cosplay i wanted i was told was out of stock, after it said it was in stock online, while the wig was still avalible. i then reccomended 2 other costumes i would like, and was told they dont come in custom sizes. while their site gave me that option. when i finally found my costume (2 hours later). they original order was canceled and the new one was placed. i then had to argue with the lady on what wigs i needed. i told her i was going as 2 different people and need 2 different wigs. now i am told that i have to place 2 seperate orders for the 2 costumes i need. it is 3 am where i am and was very tired, and had to deal with this at that time of day. most; y because emailing took to long so i ended up having to call and get help, which made it worse. no price adjustment was given either. has anyone else had issues like this?
